These Terms apply to all visitors, waitlist members, users, and others who access or use the Service. By joining the waitlist, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age.
Savage Mushroom is an AI-powered fitness application that provides personalised meal planning, workout tracking, body type analysis, and AI-driven health coaching through a digital avatar interface (“Service”). The Service is currently in development, and waitlist registration provides early access notifications and potential early bird pricing benefits.
M TECHUB LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Savage Mushroom platform. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
By joining the Savage Mushroom waitlist, you agree to the following:
• You provide your accurate email address for the purpose of receiving launch updates and early access notifications.
• You consent to receive marketing communications from Savage Mushroom, including product updates, launch announcements, and promotional offers.
• You understand that joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the App or any specific pricing.
• Waitlist positions and early bird pricing offers are subject to availability and may change at the Company’s discretion.
• You may unsubscribe from waitlist communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
Savage Mushroom may offer a referral programme that allows waitlist members to earn rewards by referring friends. By participating in the referral programme, you agree that:
• Referral rewards, including Savage Mushroom Coins, pricing discounts, and waitlist position upgrades, are granted at the Company’s sole discretion.
• Rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time.
• Fraudulent referrals, including self-referrals or fake accounts, will result in removal from the waitlist.

Where early bird pricing is offered to waitlist members, the following conditions apply:
• Early bird pricing is only available to valid waitlist members who registered before the specified deadline.
• Early bird pricing is available for a limited time from the date of the App’s official launch.
• The Company reserves the right to modify early bird pricing terms with reasonable prior notice.
• Early bird pricing applies to the subscription tier specified at the time of the offer.
All content on the Savage Mushroom website and application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, AI models, avatar designs, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of M TECHUB LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Savage Mushroom platform without prior written permission from the Company.
You agree not to use the Savage Mushroom website or services to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious code.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.
The Savage Mushroom website and pre-launch materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
The Company does not provide medical advice, and the App is intended for general fitness and wellness purposes only.
IMPORTANT: Savage Mushroom is a fitness and nutrition guidance tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet or exercise programme.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, M TECHUB LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.
The Company’s total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
